Refund policy

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, or we sent the wrong size or design, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won't need to send it back unless we ask.

Changed your mind?

Under UK law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To do this:

1. Tell us through our contact page, or by email at hello@allgoodfolk.store, within 14 days of delivery. We'll reply with the return address.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
3. We'll refund the item price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Wrong size?

Because every piece is printed to order, we can't swap sizes for free, so please check the size guide before you order. If it doesn't fit, you can still return it under the 14-day right above.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your statutory rights

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
